Really does entrepreneurial self-efficacy distinguish business owners from managers? Self-efficacy can be an individual's intellectual estimate of his or her " capabilities to mobilize the motivation, cognitive resources and courses of actions needed to physical exercise control over occasions in their livesвЂќ (Wood & Bandura 1989).
